This booking is for one cottage on the weekend of July 18-20 2025
Cottages are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and host 6 people (maximum)
Each cottage has it’s own kitchen with full size fridge and stove, basic cookware and dishware for 6 people.
Dish soap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, body wash and shampoo are included
Boat transportation to the island and mainland parking for 1-2 vehicles is included
Property Rental and Cancellation Policy:
Must secure 5 individual cottage bookings to confirm the property rental.
If 4 bookings are not secured by MAY 30TH 2025 your payment will be refunded 100%
Bookings are 100% refundable up to MAY 30TH 2025 (cancelling your booking will effect the overall property rental so please let your fellow renters know before you cancel so they can make alternate arrangements to keep the property booking)
Bookings are 75% refundable after June 1st 2025
Bookings are non-refundable up to 7 days prior to your arrival date.
